TON Society and TONX to Host ‘Hackers League Bootcamp’ in Bangkok

The global ‘Hackers League Bootcamp,’ a deep dive into the TON ecosystem, will be held in Bangkok, Thailand, from November 15-16. This bootcamp series spans 20 cities worldwide and offers blockchain builders an intensive experience with the TON ecosystem, giving participants the chance to compete for a $5,000 prize pool and secure a fast track to the Hackers League Hackathon.
Hosted at Cleverse in Bangkok, the bootcamp will feature a range of workshops and lectures covering the Hackers League’s vision and the latest technological advancements of TON. Designed to equip participants with the essential skills and know-how for rapid growth within the ecosystem, the event offers sessions led by industry leaders, as well as 1on 1 mentoring sessions, enabling participants to gain hands-on expertise in areas like DeFi and API development within TON.
The first day of the bootcamp kicks off on November 15 at 10:30 a.m. with opening remarks by Lucy, Partnership Lead at TON Society, followed by Ekin Tuna, Co-Founder of TON Society. Alena Shmalko and Inal Kardan from TON Foundation will then lead sessions focused on strategies for product growth within the TON ecosystem and key initiatives for 2024.
In the afternoon, various workshops will delve into investment opportunities within the TON ecosystem from an investor’s perspective, practical applications of the TONX API, and DeFi innovations. Participants will learn core components of TON through hands-on exercises, gaining insights to apply directly to their own projects. The first day wraps up with a “Late Night Coding” session, providing time for developers to fully immerse themselves in coding.
Day two begins with mentoring sessions in the morning, followed by an afternoon Demo Day, where participants will showcase their projects. The event concludes with an awards ceremony and a commemorative afterparty, offering valuable networking opportunities with peers and industry leaders.
Participants also have the chance to compete for a $1,000 special prize from QuickNode for the best project utilizing QuickNode APIs to build on TON. In addition to QuickNode, prominent sponsors such as TONX, DEDUST, BLUM, AEON, Yescoin, Cleverse, Impossible Finance, and DuckChain will deliver keynote sessions, providing insights on leveraging and expanding applications within the TON ecosystem. A total of 13 sponsors will participate in the event, contributing valuable perspectives on how to maximize TON’s potential.
Through the ‘Hackers League Bootcamp,’ TON Society aims to support and foster talented builders to drive sustainable growth within the TON ecosystem. Anticipation is also building for the upcoming ‘Hackers League Hackathon,’ which boasts a $3 million prize pool and diverse project tracks, attracting significant global interest from developers.
