TON Hubs Restructuring: Empowering Regional Ecosystems for Global Growth

The TON Foundation is rolling out a major restructuring of its regional hubs to enhance the growth of local ecosystems, drive developer adoption, and build stronger strategic partnerships across the globe. This next step in TON’s evolution transforms TON Hubs into regionally focused units directly supported by the Foundation—bringing greater coordination, visibility, and impact to each area.

Introducing the Five Official TON Hubs

As part of this new structure, five flagship regional hubs will lead the charge in fostering local engagement, onboarding new projects, and amplifying TON’s global presence:

  • TON East Asia (EA)

Covering key markets including Hong Kong and Korea

Join EA Hub

  • TON South & South East Asia (SSEA)

A unified hub for India, Southeast Asia, and surrounding regions

Join SSEA Hub

  • TON CIS

Supporting the Commonwealth of Independent States region

Join CIS Hub

  • TON Europe

Serving the broader European region, including the UK and Balkans

Join Europe Hub

  • TON US (Launching soon)

Focused on the growing North American developer and user community

Regional Consolidation for Greater Efficiency

To streamline operations and align efforts across regions, several existing hubs are being merged:

  • 🇮🇳 India and Southeast Asia are now unified under the TON SSEA Hub

  • 🇭🇰 Hong Kong and 🇰🇷 Korea are now consolidated as part of the TON EA Hub

  • The Balkans and 🇬🇧 UK are now integrated into the TON Europe Hub

This consolidation allows for more focused regional strategies, stronger support for local projects, and improved resource allocation.

What’s Next?

This restructuring marks a significant leap forward in how TON supports its global community. As each hub becomes a center for education, development, and collaboration, the TON ecosystem is better positioned to scale locally while contributing to a stronger, more connected global network.

Stay tuned — more regional initiatives and updates are coming soon. Let’s build an open network together.
