TON Nest Evolves with Enhanced Support and Education for Early-Stage Builders

TON Nest Announces New Phase to Empower Early-Stage Builders on TON
TON Nest, The Open Network’s dedicated program for early-stage projects, is entering a new chapter. Over the past year, TON Nest has supported dozens of teams in their journey to build impactful applications on TON. Now, the program is evolving with a renewed structure, stronger integration with the TON Foundation Ecosystem Support Team, and a sharpened focus on education and mentorship.
This evolution comes in response to a year of feedback, collaboration, and hands-on learning from the vibrant TON builder community.
What’s New in TON Nest
As part of the revamped program, TON Nest is introducing several key enhancements to better serve early-stage teams:
- Direct alignment with the TON Foundation Ecosystem Support Team: This ensures smoother coordination, faster support, and a clearer pathway to deeper ecosystem resources.
- Refreshed program structure: Designed to maximize value for builders, the new structure emphasizes hands-on learning, expert guidance, and milestone-driven progression.
- Centralized communication: A new, unified TON Nest Founders’ Chat streamlines updates and peer-to-peer collaboration, replacing previous fragmented channels.
Continued Commitment to Builders
Despite the structural updates, TON Nest remains true to its core mission: empowering innovators during the earliest and most critical stages of development. Builders will still benefit from:
- Expert-led workshops on go-to-market (GTM) strategies, tokenomics, legal topics, and technical problem-solving.
- 1:1 mentorship hours with experienced TON ecosystem veterans.
- Pitch training and Roast Sessions, which provide practical feedback to sharpen product vision and delivery.
These foundational components continue to help teams turn bold ideas into viable, TON-native products.
Graduation and Recognition
To further clarify outcomes, TON Nest now includes a defined graduation pathway. Teams will graduate by:
- Actively participating in program sessions
- Delivering a final pitch at a TON Nest Demo Day or Roast Session
Upon graduation, each team will receive an official TON Nest Alumni Soulbound Token (SBT) — a non-transferable badge of achievement within the TON ecosystem.

Building the Future of Web3 on TON
As TON Nest grows into a more integrated and educationally focused support system, it remains a cornerstone of TON’s mission to empower the builders shaping the open internet. These updates will provide clearer pathways, stronger mentorship, and more meaningful recognition — giving early teams the tools and support they need to succeed.
