Dear Memelandians

Dear Memelandians

Last year was one of ambition, excitement — and, candidly, many missteps on our part.

As we reflect on the launch of Memelandia, we’re the first to admit that it fell short of the high standards we set for ourselves — and of the experience we promised you, our community.

We owe you transparency: what went wrong, and what we’re doing to make it right.

Where We Fell Short

1. The Public Dashboard

Our biggest shortcoming was the lack of a reliable, regularly updated public dashboard. This left many of you in the dark about critical data and progress.

What’s changing:

We’ve completely rebuilt this system. The new dashboard will update every 5 minutes, providing real-time, on-chain data across major DEXs. Transparency and trust are now our top priorities.

2. Points Distribution & Price Transparency

Our earlier setup for point distribution and price tracking caused confusion and frustration — and didn’t meet the clarity our community deserves.

What’s changing:

We’ve retired the points system entirely.

In its place, a fully transparent, on-chain dashboard will serve as the backbone of our new ecosystem. We’ll also publish the mathematical equations and logic behind the system, so anyone can verify and understand how it works and evolves.

3. Prize Distributions & Liquidity Boosts

We made promises around prize distributions and liquidity boosts — and we didn’t deliver. For this, we apologize unreservedly.

What’s changing:

We’ve secured a $1 million budget to ensure every initiative is properly funded and executed.

All token purchases and liquidity boosts will be handled fully on-chain for complete transparency.

Liquidity provisioning will take place within one week after the winner’s announcement (or by the end of the following week at the latest), ensuring full visibility and accountability throughout.

A New Beginning

It’s time to turn the page.

We’re leaving behind the missteps of Memelandia and starting fresh — building on the lessons learned and the trust we’re working to earn back every day.

Your feedback, patience, and support have shaped this new chapter, and we’re deeply grateful for it.

We’re not promising perfection. What we are promising is to keep listening, learning, and improving.

This marks a new beginning for our community — and for the future we’ll build together.

On November 7th, we will leave Memelandia behind and step into something new — something the entire community can be part of.

We can’t wait to share it with you all.

Sincerely,

TON Foundation
