We are thrilled to announce /cohort_0.2, a $5M initiative designed to bring together the Mantle and TON ecosystems, fostering cross-chain synergy and empowering Web3 builders to create groundbreaking projects. This exciting program is supported by the Mantle Ecosystem Fund, GSR, and TON Ventures, with execution led by TON Accelerator. The mission? To offer developers the tools, resources, and liquidity they need to build impactful projects at scale.

With applications already pouring in, the response has been nothing short of amazing. We’ve seen some truly innovative submissions for cross-chain applications, but we know that even more creativity is out there waiting to be unleashed. This is an open call to builders of all levels—whether you’re a seasoned Web3 expert or just beginning your journey. The conditions for building something extraordinary have never been better.

1. Unified Identity and Wallet Solutions

Opportunity: Develop a seamless wallet that allows users to interact with both TON and EVM dApps using a single identity. By simplifying onboarding, you can make Web3 more accessible for users. Focus on creating a smooth, user-friendly experience with an intuitive design.

Why It Matters: A unified solution eliminates barriers to entry and drives mass adoption.

2. Cross-Chain Yield Aggregation & Complexity Abstraction

Opportunity: Create a cross-chain yield aggregator that enables users to access yield opportunities across Mantle, TON, and other networks. Design a user-friendly, retail-focused front-end, leveraging Telegram as a key distribution channel.

Why It Matters: Users can optimize their returns by tapping into multiple networks, simplifying cross-chain complexity.

3. Composable Decentralized Credit Protocols

Opportunity: Develop decentralized credit systems that assess on-chain creditworthiness through Decentralized Identifiers (DID) and cross-chain data aggregation.
